Man, did we blow it over the weekend. We went to Golden Corral on Friday and pigged out. That started a downward spiral over the entire weekend. Needless to say, I gained weight this week, but I have a dentist appointment this afternoon and cannot weigh in at Weight Watchers anyway.
Friday I did the Ultimate Calorie Blaster and today I did Super Charged Sculpting to get back into the groove.
I need to go change a poopy diaper, so off I run!
